Int'l Young Artist Concerto Competition

TWO DIVISIONS.
SAME OPPORTUNITY.
YOUR CHANCE TO PLAY WITH A PROFESSIONAL ORCHESTRA.

We’re excited to share that the International Young Artist Concerto Competition deadline has been extended to November 23, 2025 11:59PM CST.

IYACC competitors gain exposure and recognition from leading performing artists and professors at elite colleges and conservatories.

ABOUT IYACC
The International Young Artist Concerto Competition is open to students internationally, 18 years of age or younger. Applicants are invited to submit one movement of a concerto on any instrument. Any concerto may be selected, as long as the orchestra parts are available on IMSLP.

Sixteen competitors will be selected to move to the semi-final round. Competitors that move to the semi-final and final rounds will be invited to perform with a professional orchestra in January, 2026. Four competitors will proceed to the final round with one ultimate winner.

NEW THIS YEAR!: IYACC will introduce a 12 & Under division, alongside the 18 & Under division providing four younger students an opportunity to compete for a chance to perform with a chamber orchestra in the final round. Competitors 12 & Under can choose to apply in either division but will only be considered for the division they apply to.
