This is where the weekly communication will also reside every week! Its information will be copied from the weekly email newsletter.Dear GPYO Families,
We cannot wait to see you this evening, September 9th, for our first rehearsal of the year!
A few reminder items before tonight:
What to bring?
Yourself, music (if you have been handed it out, if not don't worry!), and a music stand. The music stands in our space are first come first serve and we do not have enough for all the ensembles so please bring your own.
When and where?
Please see the ensemble start times below:
Concert Orchestra - 5pm
Prep Strings - 5:15pm
Chamber Winds - 5:45pm
Camerata Strings - 6:30pm
Symphonic Orch - 6:45pm
Rehearsals are at the Cullen Center on the Historic Westminster Choir College campus. There will be signs and helpers to direct you to your rehearsal rooms.
Registration
If you are not registered, no problem! We will be handling many of your registration requests and questions in person this evening. We are happy to answer any questions you have and will be set up at rehearsal if you need to stop by.
Communication
Hopefully you received this email! If you received it twice, that is quite alright. We want to make sure everyone receives this message so it has been sent out using two different email systems. Additionally, I would like to refer everyone again to the Parents Page on our website. This information is also available there along with...
Absence and Operations Request Form
Due to the high volume of operations requests and some concern that requests have been lost via email, we have set up a new operation request form. You are welcome to still email us but please use this as a starting point so we have a record, with the date submitted, of your request.
