We maintain rigorous security and quality controls to ensure that all our practices meet or exceed industry standards and all State and Federal regulations. The intent of this statement is to answer your questions about our consumer information policies.

What does GPYO collect and how is it used?
We may request information from you so that we can make your time with our ensembles more convenient. If you choose not to provide this information, some services might not be available to you. We might also ask for information about your interests or for feedback so that we can improve our programs. Providing us with this information is also optional.

In addition to the information we collect directly from you, we may also gather information such as general usage of our website, viewing and traffic patterns, customer behavior, and other similar information that is not specific to any one person. We use this compiled information solely for the improvement of our website, our program offerings, our operations, and our customer service.

Does GPYO disclose the information it collects?
No. We do not resell or share any confidential customer information. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

  • Message frequency will vary but is generally limited to time-sensitive updates.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP or email us at [email protected].
  • Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier. GPYO is not responsible for any such charges.

Your mobile number will only be used for operational and customer-care messaging (e.g., rehearsal alerts, venue changes, reminders, and responses to your inquiries).
