The main four GPYO rehearses on Monday nights while the Flute ensemble and BrassWorks rehearses on Tuesday evening. Ensemble schedule can be found on the previous page under Ensemble Information.

How to be Successful at Rehearsal
Please bring a music stand to all rehearsals. While we do have access to a few music stands at
Cullen Hall, we do not have enough for everyone.
Try to arrive about 15 minutes early for rehearsal. This will give you time to use the restroom, get
a drink, sign in, tune your instrument, and warm up before rehearsal begins. If you need
assistance tuning your instrument, please ask before rehearsal starts.
Bring a dedicated orchestra bag to in-person rehearsals with a water bottle, music, and two
sharpened pencils
Have your music prepared – if you are using digital music, have it downloaded and ready to go
before rehearsal
Please remember to take your music home with you and bring it back the following week.
