WhatsApp Communication

The GPYO is offering an option for WhatsApp use for up-to-date information about current events and future activities.  This community is strictly for GPYO specific purposes.

Purpose: WhatsApp groups are established to facilitate communication between the orchestra administration and the parents regarding rehearsals, performances, and other orchestra-related activities.
Group Membership: Only parents or legal guardians of current members of the orchestra are allowed in the group. New members will be added by the group administrator after verifying their eligibility.  Alumni of the GPYO may be added at the discretion of the GPYO.
Privacy: All members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared within the group. Sharing content from this group outside without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Opt-Out: Membership in this group is entirely voluntary. Parents can request to join or leave the group at any time.

​Compliance with WhatsApp Rules: All members must adhere to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service while using the group. Automated messaging or any form of misuse of the service is prohibited.
