Audition Process
Auditions are by video submission only.
The deadline to submit move-up auditions is Midnight on Friday, August 16th. If you have any special circumstances, please contact [email protected] and attend our August 26th info session if possible.
If you are submitting a move-up audition, you should register for the ensemble you were in previously along with the move-up add-on. This will have no bearing on your move-up audition, it is purely so we can keep our records straight and enable our conductors to review the videos as expeditiously as possible.
Can I submit my move-up without registering?
We are asking that you register for the GPYO along with your move-up audition. This change was made for a number of reasons but if you would like additional clarification of this change feel free to reach out to the Operations Manager. We do understand that this is a change from previous years so if you do have a special circumstance that prohibits you from registering, please let us know ASAP.
When will we hear from the GPYO about results?
Our plan is to have your notifications, if you have submitted on time, before your first general meeting on August 26th.
We have some outstanding circumstances and are unsure about registering right now.
That is ok! We would like to invite you to the first general meeting on August 26th where our Operations Manager Justin Way will be there in person to handle any registration, payments, or other questions! Note that this will affect move-up auditions as you will be past the deadline.
