Lorraine Goodman received her undergraduate degree from Princeton and her Master’s in Performing Arts Administration at NYU’s Steinhardt. Her subsequent professional administration experience started at The Red Hot Organization and Theatre for a New Audience, and was followed by leadership development/fundraising roles at New York Musical Festival, Roulette Intermedium, and Princeton AlumniCorps, and executive roles at the Latin American Legal Defense Fund and Broadway Bound Kids. Over her various tenures, she has raised over $18 million, primarily from institutional sources. This includes government grants (National Endowment for the Arts, National Endowment for the Humanities, the CDC Foundation, and others); private foundations; and corporate sponsorships and grants (examples: American Express, Santander, and many, many others).

Justin Way
Operations Manager

Justin Way is a freelance trumpet player and arts administrator currently residing in Philadelphia. Justin currently serves as the Operations Manager for the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra. As a performer he has appeared with the Helena Symphony, Columbus (Georgia) Symphony, and Tallahassee Symphony. He can also be heard on the music for the film Cordelia by Tunde Kelani as well as on an album featuring the music of Mark Haggerty and his work United Sounds of America released under the Delos label.

Krystal Vaughan
Office Associate 

Krystal Vaughan serves as the Office Associate for the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra. A proud alumna of Rider University (Class of 2023), Krystal earned a dual degree in Music Production and Theatre. During her time at Rider, she was deeply involved in the performing arts, participating in vocal ensembles, stage managing main stage productions, and serving as Music Director for the university’s radio station, 107.7 The Bronc. Her capstone project culminated in the release of her original EP, The First, now available on all major streaming platforms.
