Joseph Capone is a non-profit professional with over twenty years of experience in public and higher education and the cultural sector. His dedication to youth, education and music runs throughout his rich and varied professional life. He began his career as a music teacher in the School District of Lancaster (PA), teaching 6th through 9th grade general music, choral music, strings and theater. After completing graduate work at Westminster Choir College, he served as its Assistant Director of Admissions and Associate Director of Alumni Relations.

Justin Way

Justin Way is a freelance trumpet player and arts administrator currently residing in the New Jersey area. Justin currently serves as the Operations Manager for the Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra. As a performer he has appeared with the Helena Symphony, Columbus (Georgia) Symphony, and Tallahassee Symphony. He can also be heard on the music for the film Cordelia by Tunde Kelani as well as on an upcoming album featuring the music of Mark Haggerty and
his work United Sounds of America.
